透明的玻璃、鏡子，使用報紙擦拭，可擦得十分光亮。在報紙上噴灑些水，再仔細地擦，即可讓污點去除，再以乾報紙擦試一次即可。
浴室廁所裡的鏡子可在洗澡時，利用香皂搓出的泡沫塗抹在鏡子上，再用衛生紙擦拭會顯得格外明亮乾淨，而且不沾水氣喔！
