工管費用指的是工程的管理費用，這個費用包含了電話費、人員薪資與油料等開銷，當您所估算的總金額低於一萬元以下時，由於微薄的利潤往往不足以抵扣這些開支，因此為了避免造成虧損，當估價的總金額低於一萬元以下時本公司將會酌收基本的工管費用。
