Q11.我投資了太陽能發電後，台電一定會向我買電嗎?

理論上來講，台電是一定會買的，因為這是國家的政策，詳細情形可以參考經濟部能源局的「陽光屋頂百萬座計畫」網站。

計畫主要內容是：「『陽光屋頂百萬座』計畫，預定2015年完成420MW，2020年達到1020MW的太陽光電發電系統設置，2030年臺灣太陽光電發電設置容量目標3,100MW；另為提振太陽光電產業整體信心，101年太陽光電規劃設置目標將由原75MW提高至100MW，以建立國內設置實績，達成產業、環境等多重效益。」

理論上，如果投資了太陽能發電，台電是一定會向您買電的，但在某些情況下，台電不會向您買電：

1. 部分區域安裝率極高，輸電系統已經飽和。

2. 屋頂加蓋了其他沒有執照的建築。

3. 房屋結構不足以負荷太陽能光電板。

4. 太陽能光電板上方有遮蔽物。
